Therefore, we offer not only open training sessions but also closed ones, which are often conducted at a location specified by the client.

Most of these courses take place during the week, but we also offer the possibility of weekend sessions. Those interested in such an arrangement are invited to contact us via email or phone.

Both closed and open training sessions cover a wide range of topics, including warranty returns management, Stellantis (formerly FCA): CSR and client portals (SQP, MaPS, beStandard, esupplierconnect), as well as APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, A3, QRQC, IATF, CQI-8, CQI-9, CQI15, VW CSR, Mercedes CSR, BMW CSR and FORD CSR. Additionally, we provide training for internal auditors in IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and prepare automotive plants for ISO 27001 and TISAX certification. The price of each training includes necessary materials for participants to work on, as well as coffee breaks and lunch for on-site training sessions. Participants also receive a certificate confirming their acquired skills.
